Rebuild World manga adventures of a boy in a post-apocalyptic world. In the city of Kugomayama, the rich and the poor live.  The city has high walls that enclose an area within which the rich live. Beyond that, the wasteland extends beyond. The poor live in slums next to the wasteland. Akira also lives in the slums, but he wants to get out. To do so, he became a hunter, registered at the hunters’ department, and got a license.

There are places in the wasteland where there are relics of the old world, they sell them and get a good price. Hunters who get their hands on expensive relics can start a life inside the walls of the city. But it is not that simple, he has been deceived and betrayed many times and so he trusts no one. He had to get into a fight with a monster and kill it, a hunter bandit took his loot from him.

Rebuild World Manga brief description. 

On the wasteland, as he was searching for the relic he was surrounded by three men and began to threaten him. Suddenly in front of him he sees a ghost-like naked girl.  But he is the only one who sees and hears her. And the girl commands that he has only 10 seconds to get to the building otherwise he will die. He manages to escape and saves himself from the gun dogs, a type of biological monster who have weapons growing out of their backs. The girl reappeared, saying her name was Alpha, a form of augmented reality created with old world technology.

Information about her is sent directly to the parts of the brain responsible for vision and hearing. That’s why he can see and hear her, but the rest of us can’t.   She has a mission for him to take control of certain ruins. She will support him and give him an expensive relic as payment. But he doesn’t trust her. Then she proposes a deal. She supports him in advance, and when he believes her, then they will make a contract.  And he agreed to make a contract with her, for she has indeed proved her usefulness and support.
