The doctor has forbidden other foods. He tries to exercise 4 hours a day, but it is getting harder and harder because his weight is not dropping.His father is desperate to see that his  condition is getting worse. Doctors warn him that if he runs he may break bones.

The last option left is a virtual reality game called Atena. The participant of the game cannot gain weight, even though he eats as much as he wants and what he wants. A session of the game lasts 4 hours and during this time in the real world, the player is starving. The player is placed in a special capsule where he gets into another world. He performs various tasks for which he receives rewards. Rewards and bonuses are different depending on the diligence of the participant and his personality.
