The manga Legend of the Northern Blade is about a young boy who managed to become a legend. 130 years ago, the Dark Night organization waged a war that destroyed everything and took human lives. When people’s patience was about to run out, martial arts masters came together to form the Central Sky Alliance. They formed the Northern Heaven Sect and elected a prominent master, Puk Chinhu, as their leader.

They collected a large number of martial scrolls, artifacts, and elixirs, which they stored in a tower and successfully resisted the Dark Night for over a hundred years. And the sect leader recorded the martial arts in the form of patterns on the walls.

After the sect disbanded, the Central Alliance began sending mercenaries, they called them guards, ostensibly to keep order in the northern lands. But their goal was to keep an eye on Chin Gwangho’s son so that he wouldn’t begin to learn the martial arts and plan his revenge.
