Blue Lock Manga tells the story of the formation of an outstanding soccer player who brings victories to his team. The Football Association of Japan discusses the loss of the national soccer team in the 1/8 finals of the World Cup to take action before the next championship. The president believes that soccer as a business is profitable as it is. Even without doing anything they can hire a new coach and if it doesn’t work out, fire him.

But such old approaches don’t suit many people. After this loss, many realize that at this rate, Japan will never win.  The Blue Lock Project was brought to the attention of the Association. The project director, Ego Jinpachi, will shatter all notions of Japanese footboll. Soccer exists for strikers and everyone else is a secondary player.  In order for Japan to win does not need the coordinated work of 11 people, and one single striker legendary hero, thanks to which soccer will develop and know no boundaries.

Blue Lock Manga brief description: 

300 high school students from different teams were selected by special criteria to participate in the project.  The players will live isolated from their families in a dormitory, and work and train at the Blue Lock complex with special techniques. During the course of the project, 299 people will leave and the best one will remain.
